Flights have been introduced to a few airports on the East Coast recently - flights of wine. The tastings are designed to allow for people to ‘relax in style’. The proprietor hopes to open 50 shops within the next few years. I expect that PDX would be high on his list, seeing as how we have a selection of locally grown wines to choose from.
