I’ve long been a Euro-phile, enchanted by every European destination I’ve ever visited and eager to explore more. That’s not to say that I haven’t been equally charmed by some non-European places I’ve been, or that I don’t want to explore more of the planet. And really, from a home base in Portland, I’d be smarter to choose a different part of the world to be enamored of.

Living in Portland means there’s an international airport nearby, and you can always get “there” from “here,” but some destinations are definitely easier to reach than others. If you, like me, are a Europe lover, then living in Portland isn’t ideal – airfare always costs more than it does from

Hawaii is one of the popular honeymoon destinations . It used to be the most popular honeymoon destination but Italy recently took its place. A honeymoon is Hawaii is a dream come true for many couples and a good reason to spend some days thinking of nothing but your love and enjoying each other without the pressure of everyday life.
While many couples prefer to let a travel agent do the search for them – or a friend who
